We cannot think of a better way to start the New Year!
Madam Curie Vigyan Kendra (affiliated with Breakthrough Science Society) organized a session on ‘Learning science through experiments’ at Sector-49, Chandigarh on 1 Jan 2023. Aditya Goari and Sasthi Pal (students from IISER Mohali and members of MCVK) conducted the session. Around 30 students living in the locality enthusiastically participated in the event.
Developing questioning and a logical bent of mind is the necessary condition for any form of social change. We are convinced that our efforts to instill a scientific bent of mind in the young will certainly help develop a decisive movement leading to a society devoid of inequality, exploitation, religious bigotry, casteism, regionalism, patriarchy, and all other social evils in the near future.
