BSS Telangana chapter organized a discussion on “Science and Philosophy” on 4th June, at
Stanley engineering college for women, Abids.
Dr Soumitro Benerjee, Professor at IISER, Kolkata and Gen Secretary, Breakthrough Science
Society was the main speaker. He spoke about the development of different philosophies and
the scientific way of thinking. Dr.R.Gangadhar moderated the discussion. Mr L.Sarath briefed
on the aims and objectives of Breakthrough Science Society. Mr. Daniel, Physical science
teacher gave the vote of thanks.
